NJPW has announced that KENTA is unable to compete at the final night of Wrestle Kingdom 16 due to sustaining multiple injuries. KENTA has a dislocated left hip, a broken nose, tendon damage to his finger, and several lacerations to his back.
KENTA was set to team with Takashi Sugiura & Kazushi Sakuraba in a six-man tag match against Minoru Suzuki, Taichi & Taka Michinoku at Wrestle Kingdom night three. A mystery partner will be replacing KENTA in the match.
